How to fax a letter to the tax office
Tax offices handle much online, yet objections, installment plans and certain corrections still require a signed letter. If you can’t visit in person, fax is the fastest way to get your letter registered the same day.
Prepare before sending
Your letter must include your tax ID, the office you are registered with, the subject of your request and your contact details. Missing information is the most common reason letters are not processed.
