FaxTo helps people handle official paperwork by fax — without a fax machine. We publish step-by-step guides for common procedures and maintain a directory of verified institution fax numbers, and our app lets you send a confirmed fax straight from your phone.
What we do
We turn confusing, institution-specific fax procedures into clear guides: which office, which number, which document, and what to write. Each guide is written for a real task — a return letter, a tax-office filing, a credit-card dispute — and kept current.
How we verify fax numbers
Every number in our directory is compiled from the institution’s own official website, or from its public regulatory filing where that is the authoritative source (for Turkish banks, the KAP disclosure platform). We link each entry to its source so you can confirm it yourself, and we re-check numbers periodically because institutions change them without notice.
Why fax still matters
Many tax offices, courts, banks and insurers still accept — or require — faxed documents as officially served, with a timestamped transmission report as proof of delivery. FaxTo makes that possible from a phone, so you don’t need a machine or a landline.
